Founding Partner
Keplor was founded by Jason Grissino, an infrastructure finance practitioner with a career across renewable energy development and institutional capital markets. His background spans utility-scale and distributed renewables — including a role as portfolio manager at EDF Renewables — and the structured and project finance that gets those assets built: PPA structuring, capital formation, and the mechanics of moving institutional capital into distributed infrastructure. Before Keplor he co-founded Plural Energy, a distributed infrastructure investment firm, where he built a US registered broker-dealer and raised institutional capital for a nationwide portfolio of distributed solar, storage, and data centers. He founded Keplor to bring that practitioner's judgment together with purpose-built analytical intelligence, and to put both to work as a principal.
